Create an Account

Thanks ScottN for adding the details about the anti-spam measure. There have been a couple people on the message board that have said they are having problems creating accounts. I'm not sure if it is related to the VOC box or not. Anyways, to try to clarify things I've modified the Create Account page slightly by making "VOC" bold. In case someone was trying to type "VOC here" or something like that. The script is already set up so that case is ignored ("voc" will work too). So I really don't know what the problem is. If you don't do it right you won't get a reasonable error message though. I could add this but it seems like more problem than it's worth...

If someone does figure out what it is that the "noobs" are having problems with, please let me know so we can try to make it more straightforward.
