Synopsis

The VOC will have a booth at the Canadian-themed outdoor carnival on the International Gala Orientation, and we need volunteers to help out. Come out to play and advertise the VOC and encourage people to join, or help us set up or clean up our booth.

The event is part of the Gala Orientation week for international student. This event will be a great opportunity to connect to a great number of international students, which are a vibrant part of the VOC. At the booth we will display information about the club, but we will also run a couple of activities like tableing and human bouldering (ideas are welcome). Volunteering for this event will also count as a workhike.

Volunteer Hours

Booth: We need a volunteer to be at our booth to answer questions about the Club, plus maybe a couple of people to run games. Preferably three members in each time slot.
