Description:

Let's take advantage of the beautiful long days of late spring/summer and head out to Squamish or the North Shore for some outdoor climbs! We'll rotate crags each week to keep things interesting. If any particular week is too rainy we can switch to the Aviary or Hive Heights. I usually can't leave until after work (or could work remotely from Squamish) but other cars can always leave earlier.

The goal of this recurring event is to create a welcoming social environment to meet new climbing friends and get in some fun sends! It's a lot easier to get to know people if you're climbing every week vs on a one-off trip imo.

The first day will take place on my birthday :) and the last will be in late August, though we can keep it going in the gym after that if there's interest! I'll bump this listing every week and anyone is welcome to join at any time. Generally it'd be ideal to have at least Rock 2+ level of climbing ability, but if we have enough experienced people to set up top ropes this can be flexible. If you need gear please get in touch with the quartermasters.

Here is a planning document to make logistics easier: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/10JuZA4QGBAnc2mVAIeO4vmee6gu2J04S_r3He-vDBBE/edit?usp=sharing

Feel free to use the signup list so I can get an idea of interest levels, but we'll primarily use that sheet + whatsapp for logistics. Please don't sign up for a spot unless you're committed, and remove yourself if anything changes.

Hope to see y'all out on the crags this summer!
