Description:
Anyone want to join on a chill day of peakbagging around the Fraser Valley? I'd like to go up Sumas Mountain and Rolley Peak, plus maybe others that are easily accessible. These are both pretty easy hikes that mostly follow logging roads, so they're beginner-friendly. Despite the relatively mundane hiking, they have impressive views of either the Fraser River or the peaks around Stave Lake at the end!
I'm in this mainly for the views, so this trip is dependent on good weather. I've gotten stuck in the clouds on Sumas before and don't want a repeat. Note that there won't be a pre-trip - I'll send a confirmation a few days before if the trip is going ahead, along with a driving spreadsheet depending on how many people are interested.
