Description:

Our past Clubs Days booth was cancelled due to the transit strike, but the lovely AMS, of which I am a tremendous fan, has gone and done us a beautiful favour by organizing another couple days for the clubs that missed their opportunities. We've been alloted booth C20, across from Blue Chip, from 11am-5pm, and we're looking for a few VOCers to be at the booth throughout the day, getting new members enrolled in the club and stoked on the outdoors!

Some guidelines and things you should know:
-General knowledge of the club, our main trips, our huts, where to find info (website+wiki)
-Knowledge of the signup process (https://www.ubc-voc.com/how-to-join)
-A charged laptop to show said website+wiki, and to help people with the signup process
-Being welcoming and inclusive! Don't assume experience, ask
-Be able to direct people to the clubroom

I've put a spreadsheet in the sign-up link of this trip posting where people can go and show their availability, you certainly don't have to be there all day; even a half hour helps when you're able!

Thanks in advance for all of y'alls help!
