What
Mini Clubs days is another effort to gain more memberships since clubs days was so short this week. We will be joining some other sports clubs who also feel they need more memberships, such as the Ski and Board Club and the Surf club. Our goal will be to promote the club and sell lots of memberships! Those helping out will simply need to stay by the booth to talk to those passing by and take the money of those buying membership. The first shift will also involve the duties of setting up the table and the last shift everyday will include the duties of tear down. It would be helpful if you are familiar with the club so that you can answer questions. It would also be cool if people were willing to set up their slack lines on these days outside the sub and let people out there know about the club and point them to our booths once they, as they indefinitely will, decide to become a member. We are also selling Higher Ground movie tickets at this event. This involves selling the tickets for $10 to the general public and $5 to members (all the more incentive for people to join). Some Silly AMS Rules that should be followed
1. We must have our booth set up ONLY from 9:00-16:00 on Thursday and Friday, no longer
2. No music of amplified sound
3. No beverages or food to be sold
4. One 6' table and a few chairs from a room on the second floor need to be broght to our location South Concourse B2 and then returned at the end of the day.
5. Need to stay in the parameters as indicated on the floor plan (I have this)
6. Must clean up after our event
7. All fire and safety regulations must be complied with (I also have these
