Clubs Days Staffing
Clubs Days this year will take place on September 22nd-24th. This is an important time for us to inform people about the club and sign up new members, so if you're interested in sharing your excitement about the VOC, come on out! Even if you can only make one shift that will help. In addition to being lots of fun, helping out during Clubs Days will count as a workhike.

Things We Need
- Membership forms
- Longhike tickets & Membership Cards
- Somewhere to put completed forms
- Somewhere to keep money securely (we usually have a metal cash box)
- Change in case everybody pays with 2 x $20. (We always need LOTS of $5 bills)
- Shiny club gear for display
- A few copies of VOC journals for people to flip through
- A large sheet of paper indicating our upcoming trips.
- Handouts -- one page for the curious
- VOC Glossary for the very curious
Optional: People with laptops can make a slideshow of the photo contest entries (just click on the album on the VOC gallery, then the little play button, to get it started).

Bringing photos of club trips may be fun to share as well.
Just remember, please, you are representing the club while you are at the booth!
