Access
Take the Rutherford Creek logging road for 4-5km.
Route
Climb north through steep forest for about 600m, then swing northwest for a further 600m. Traverse along a bench for about 3km to a small ice field southeast of Ipsoot. The peak is easily reached from here. Rhododendron Peak can also be easily reached across the glaciers to the north.
Hazards
- Steep (40 degree) travel through forest.
